About XXVI INCOSAI

The International Congress of Supreme Audit Institutions (INCOSAI) is the triennial gathering of the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI), bringing together heads of Supreme Audit Institutions from around the world.

The XXVI INCOSAI will be hosted by the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia (BPK) in 2028 at the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center. Surrounded by the rich cultural heritage of Bali, this congress will gather global leaders to strengthen cooperation and address critical challenges in governance and public financial management. We look forward to welcoming the world to Bali, Indonesia.

Logo Philosophy

This logogram combines two distinctive elements of Indonesia: the Garuda bird and the Mega Mendung batik motif.

The Garuda, as the national symbol, represents courage and strength. In this design, the Garuda is depicted soaring high, symbolizing INCOSAI’s role in overseeing public financial management from a broad and comprehensive perspective.

Meanwhile, the Mega Mendung motif—rich with meaning and traditionally associated with peace—reflects the ideal condition to be achieved: a harmonious and tranquil state of governance where oversight functions are carried out effectively.
